Blossom & Glow is very excited to now offer worldwide shipping!

 

Delivery fees – Australia

Standard shipping
For standard shipping, Blossom & Glow has flat rate fee of $7.50 for all orders placed in Australia.  This applies to all goods placed on the same order and being shipped to the same address.

Express shipping
For express shipping, Blossom & Glow has flat rate fee fee of $10.55 for all Australia Orders. Again, this applies to all goods placed on the same order and being shipped to the same address.

Free shipping
Blossom & Glow is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00 in Australia.

 

Delivery fees – International 

Standard shipping

For standard shipping, Blossom & Glow has flat rate fee of $20.00. This applies to all goods placed on the same order and being shipped to the same address.

 

Processing your order

Blossom & Glow aims to process all standard orders within three to four business days of receiving both your order and full payment for your goods, and all express orders within two business days.  Please note that there may be some delay on orders placed during new collection releases, and sale periods, and we thank you for your understanding.  If you require your goods sooner, please contact us at info@blossomandglow.com.au, and we will do our best to assist.

If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

 

Delivery of your order – Timing

While Blossom & Glow will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

Receiving your order

Blossom & Glow uses Smart Send Couriers, Fastway, Australia Post,  and local postal services to deliver its parcels.

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will either leave the parcel at your postal address or will leave a note for you with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

Blossom & Glow is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the actions of any postal or courier service.
