To make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Blossom & Glow shopping experience, we offer a full refund and exchange service on our products (in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law). Blossom & Glow accepts returned items by post.
Before returning an item, please contact Blossom & Glow to facilitate the exchange or refund process.
Because life is unpredictable, we generally recommend that you return your item/s using registered mail – Blossom & Glow is not liable for the loss of a returned item in the mail.
To assist Blossom & Glow to process your return quickly, we ask you to please include the following information with your item:
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we will also be able to arrange the most appropriate return method.
If you would like to exchange an item, please also provide us with the details of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. If we have your preferred item in stock, the item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received in the original order will be carried over in an exchange.
In the event that we do not have your item in stock, we can either swap your original purchase for a different product of the same value, or provide you with a refund. If this occurs, we will contact you first to discuss.

Please note that as Blossom & Glow operates solely within Australia, any currency conversion costs incurred in association with a purchase are not covered by our refund policy and are considered your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed as per the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the same card used to make the original purchase.
