Returns – Refund and Exchange Policy
Life as a mum-to-be or new mum is an exciting time, filled with constant change and learning. However, because life with an impending or new baby does not always go to plan, these transformations can result in changing or unexpected needs.
Blossom & Glow knows this, and also understands that pregnancy or life with a new baby is challenging enough without worrying about being out-of-pocket for purchases that are no longer suitable. To make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Blossom & Glow shopping experience, we offer a full refund and exchange service on our products, excluding sale items (in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law). We want you to love purchasing from us and to make sure you are 100% happy with your products!

Conditions for return
In accordance with the following conditions, all purchases from Blossom & Glow can be exchanged or refunded:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Unless faulty, items returned to Blossom & Glow must have the original tags/labels attached and be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
- The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty): swimwear, underwear or headbands.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Blossom & Glow reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
Instructions for return
Blossom & Glow accepts returned items by post.
Before returning an item, please contact Blossom & Glow to facilitate the exchange or refund process. In the event of a faulty item, we will also be able to arrange the most appropriate return method.
Because life is unpredictable, we generally recommend that you return your item/s using registered mail (or international registered mail for New Zealand customers) – Blossom & Glow is not liable for the loss of a returned item in the mail.
To assist Blossom & Glow to process your return quickly, we ask you to please include the following information with your item:
- Your name, address and contact details;
- Date your original order was placed;
- Copy of receipt; and
- Brief description of the reason for your return.
If you would like to exchange an item, please also provide us with the details of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. If we have your preferred item in stock, the item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received in the original order will be carried over in an exchange.
In the event that we do not have your item in stock, we can either swap your original purchase for a different product of the same value, or provide you with a refund. If this occurs, we will contact you first to discuss.
Because we know that it can be difficult to purchase maternity or breastfeeding clothing online, please email us – email@example.com – if you would like to discuss your sizing requirements or obtain any further detail on any stocked items.
Where an email address is provided, Blossom & Glow will notify you once your return has been processed.
Unless an item is faulty, Blossom & Glow is not liable for:
- shipping costs on the original item;
- postage costs to return an item – whether change-of-mind return or exchange; or
- shipping costs for an exchange item.
For faulty items, Blossom & Glow provides a full product refund, including shipping, and covers all costs associated with return postage.
Before returning a faulty item, please contact Blossom & Glow to arrange the most appropriate return method.
Please note that any currency conversion costs incurred in association with a purchase are not covered by our refund policy and are considered your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed as per the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the same card used to make the original purchase.
Unless faulty, there will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
